OnlyYou Host Venue
Since this event is so fresh and unique we wanted to host it at a space that is equally special. HitMeUp provides a gorgeous space for rent for NYC alternative communities like ours to grow, check it out!
Spacious
OnlyYou takes over one floor of the large venue, with plenty of lounge areas, play spots, a snack and drink zone, and storage for personal items like coats and bags.
Furnished
The venue is fully furnished with the latest and greatest, fully functional dungeon furniture, perfect for any kinky content you have in mind, most of which can be easily moved around if you prefer something more tame.
Private
OnlyYou values your privacy. That is why we only allow content creation to take place in the private rooms (3 rooms), which are available to rent to all ($40 for 20 minutes), including those who may want more privacy with models than the semi-private areas offered on the main floor.
More About HMU Venue
You must arrive dressed appropriately, you may change once you are inside if you wish. Exact location is only given to those who RSVP. There is NO SMOKING, including vaping inside the venue and no alcohol is provided, it's BYOB, however snacks are provided, unruly guests will be thrown out. Illegal activities are not allowed. There will be security at every OnlyYou party to ensure rules are followed. The private rooms are available to rent during and outside of the party at different rates, ask Lady Letty about this at the party if you are interested. Lady Letty's contact info is at the bottom of this page for any questions not answered on this website. Note that any questions involving illegal activity will be ignored.
